Canoeing Seniors!


Training for Canoeing has been a pain because I'm always not up to expectations of the team.
By expectations, I mean overall fitness where one could drag a team's performance down because he isn't fit to keep up with push up reps or running laps.

By April, we're expected to be able to kiss that chin bar ten times.
That's not an easy task that I can easily attain!

I have to get my weight down and reduce total body fat to about 20%.
I'll have to plan my diet well and keep to an exercise routine.

So far, I've done circuits and lots of running.
Gym work during CCA training helps a little bit because that's when I push myself to my limits.

I'll have to work really hard because a team is only as strong as its weakest member and I don't want to bring the team down.

I still need to get these things:
  1. school shoes
  2. headphones
  3. microphone
  4. pencilcase
  5. shoe bag
  6. nokia 5800

I'll be more than happy to accept any aid that will fulfill my wants.
