22 more nights on 28 September 2008 , 12:47 AM
I've enjoyed tonight.
It has been a great day!

Got up from bed this morning then started the day off by turning on the PC.
That's the magic moment.

I checked CJC's cut offs, SAJC cut offs and other JCs' and finally decided that I should go to CJC since there's a higher probability that I wouldn't make it to any other JC anyway.
CJC's cut off is 10 points (it's on their website, so it's official) instead of the 9 points that has been proposed to us last Friday by CJC's principal.
That boils down to.. a maximum of 13 points that I can go up to if I want to enter CJC.

So here's what I could get:
EL B3
EM A1
AM A1
BIO A2
CHEM A2
PHY A2
CHS A2

Not much pressure there except for CHS.

I didn't get much study-based stuff done today, but I have managed to sort out subject notes which is worth at least half a year's work.

Papers to complete tomorrow, papers to read, school to prepare for.

Oh yeah.
Went out tonight..
TO SWENSENS!
Dinner was quite crappy because I wasn't exactly full after what seemed to have costed $15.
I had beef baked rice and it was.. pretty shittish.
Lack of flavour, ingredients and portion!

Later on, I went ahead with making a new pair of spectacles.
First shop that I visited quoted $370 for this really cool pair of Reebok spectacles which is EXTREMELY expensive.
I can upgrade my computer by a few notches with the same amount of money.
In the end, I settled for another pair which came up to $170 at the second outlet I visited.
That's $200 savings, for the rainy days.

Not quite because I'm eyeing to take down an $80 bagpack from ANIMAL's shelves.

Apart from all the shopping, F1 deserves some space here.
Never knew how exciting an F1 race can get until tonight when I have witnessed my first F1 race (on TV though).
Just like how Phelps had clinched the gold in a hundredth of a second, I was pretty intrigued by how close the lap timings between each driver were.

Ferrari is probably the best bet to bag the gold in tomorrow's (technically, it's today's) race.
They have.. 3 drivers at the top?

I know this post has been pretty boring because it's been all about me and myself but I promise that there will be more interesting topics after the O's! :)
